I wish I could just do it. It seems like I just about stop, and then something stresses me out, and I’m digging into a bag of chips, a pile of chocolate or a bottle of pepsi. I think I’m going to postpone this goal till later.

I’ve tried quitting junkfood in the past, and felt great about it. But I fell off the wagon about a year ago and think it’s time to get back on. I know the first thing I want to quit is, Pepsi. If I can stop drinking that stuff, I can quit everything else more easily. I had a 7-up yesterday, but felt bad about it. So far, today, it’s going OK.
