Honey Nut Cheerios with milk



Day 6.

Rice krispies with milk

Well I blew it! McDonalds for lunch… Burger, fries and a shake. What a shame. I am going to pay for it though – I’ll feel sick all afternoon.

Okay maybe I have redeemed myself a little – I went for a long walk after work.

For dinner – Home made fish soup and a glass of juice.



Day 5.

Rice krispies with milk
Hot dog and 1/2 can of Pepsi (not very healthy)
Small roasted chicken leg, baked beans and a glass of milk



Day 4.

Rice krispies with milk
Bowl of chicken soup and toast
2 soft tocos



Day 3.

French Toast
1/2 bran muffin
2 pcs of Bruschetta
1/2 slice of roast pork and 1/2 fried potato



Day 2.

Pancakes
Hotdog
Ice cream while on the beach (I’m so weak)
Two pork ribs and a half a baked potato



Day 1.

I had cheerios and milk for breakfast.
I had a small pasta lunch (althought I has a half a glass of Pepsi).
And for dinner small portion of tortellini and a glass of water.



Baby steps.

For me this just means cutting out the crap!
I have a serious weakness for cookies, chocolate and ice-cream. I can’t possible commit to cutting this stuff out entirely but surely I could cut down. What I can live with out… MacDonald’s.
