I lost all my drive to lose this weight. It sucks because I want to lose it, I’m just sick of dieting. I want to gorge on fast food and meat and pasta…I am so sick of beans and rice! The last few weeks I have been eating not bad, but not good either. I haven’t really gained any weight back…just one pound…but I feel terrible. I really want to get my drive back. I want to be dedicated again and maybe start doing yoga. I need motivation…

So I finally exercised…I’ve always hated working out but I finally went to the gym, and I feel great! I lost another pound. a lot more to go…

Well I was doing really well…I had lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks and I was so dedicated…then I went to my in-laws for Easter weekend. I had fast food 3 times, pizza once, steak and fries once…lets just say I am terrified to weigh myself. I don’t even want to know how much I gained. I know I gained because I can tell…I feel it even if it is just a pound. Well I am working on getting back on track but the slip was frustrating…
I got off my diet for a few days (not even bad, I ate only organic food!) and I gained 2 lbs. I’m back on now, and in the past 2 days I have lost 3 lbs.

Ok so I haven’t lost more weight, but its my fault. I was like wow I’m doing so good, I could stray from my diet a little bit and treat myself. YEa it didn’t help me very much. But then again the husband sitting beside me with Ginger Ale, BBQ, and chips is not a big help either. He is supposed to be doing this with me but it doesnt look like that is going to happen….

I started at 160 and then got down to 154 but then I gained weight and 3 days ago I was at 157. I got on this new healthy diet from my doctor and I have lost 7 lbs in 3 days! And I feel great! I have more energy, I’m wanting to be more active…its exciting. So I’m hoping to continue to drop this much every three days but I know that probably won’t happen. All I know is I am 1/3 of the way there and I am excited!

I can’t drop any weight! It is so frustrating! However, next week I am going to the doctor and starting a new diet. I am hoping that will take care of my problem of not being able to lose anything. We will see!
Well. I’ve been dieting for about 2 months now and I’ve only lost 6 lbs.

Positive: I’ve been doing really well with my diet and not slipping. I’m heavy on taking fish oil pills and flax seed oil and only eating organic foods. I even cut out all meat but fish. I’m really proud that I’ve stuck with it even if I haven’t lost that much.
Negative: I have been sick for about 4 years and no one has been able to tell me why. Well I went to a new doctor last week and he diagnosed me with Leaky Gut Syndrome. LGS causes you to gain alot of weight. He told me that no matter how hard I dieted or exercised I wouldn’t lose much weight. Doesn’t that suck?!
Positive: There is a cure! So not only will I feel better but the doc said I would lose 15-20 lbs in 3-4 weeks. Thats exciting! That means that once I start treatment I will be down to maybe 134-ish! And then my dieting will start working again and I can continue to lose weight. So while I am bummed I am also really excited.
We will see…I’m still gonna keep dieting though!
Well I am just not losing anything. My starting weight wasabout 160/161 lbs. In about 2 weeks after I started my diet I lost 6 lbs and was down to 154. I was so excited but its been 3 weeks since that and I have not lost even one pound. I am eating healthy, exercising…I don’t know what else to do. I just got a job at a health food store so I’m hoping that I will start eating even healthier. Even one pound would be nice!

My number one goal is to cut out all preservatives because I am allergic to them, but they also make us all gain weight so it would be good for me to cut them out. It has been difficult but I am going strong so far. I’ve lost 5 lbs.

I’m trying to start exercising more too. This week I am trying a hardcore 2 week work out plan. My goal is to work out for 2 hours everyday for two weeks straight and then tone it down once I start back to school.
I want to be toned and looking good in a bikini by my 1 year wedding anniversary one June 3rd! Hopefully I can keep up my incentive.
