So, today I finally made it out to the Natural Food Market and purchased a variety of sugar substitutes (Stevia, Agave and Xylitol) and some gluten-free flour. It was quite fascinating how large a selection PCC had on all of these things, and I’m excited to go back when I need to restock. Hopefully, the usage of these items will make my meals a wee bit healthier…

So, essentially this whole “eating better” ordeal has been ignored. It really shouldn’t be so hard to eat right, but for some reason it is quite tricky. Thanksgiving dinner provided no area for leighway (I haven’t a clue as to how to spell that word…) as it was an instance where you stuff yourself until you pass out. Maybe my problem isn’t what I eat, but how much I eat and how quickly…small bites and slow chewing are steps which I ought to attempt this next time.
