Especially when I discovered that 90% of lobsters are captured before they can reproduce. That being said, I think lobsters are fairly well managed in Maine. I just prefer crayfish, and other sea food, to lobsters.
For atmosphere, there is nothing like eating lobster in Maine. They really know how to set the atmosphere and help people enjoy the experience. Seeing all the lobster pots in the water with their brightly colored floats adds to the experience.
For me, a crayfish boil in Louisiana is tastier.
