Fix my BMW 316i 1997 Model

I just Canvass different stuff for my car. like rims Php50,000 , exhaust Php6,000 , air filters php6500 and turbo php 160,000 ,
they cost a lot! huhu i hope i have enough money to buy at least some of them :)

im currently using 316i model what i want to do is replace my current shock absorber, change my rims (because one of tires hop cap was gone :( ), replace my air filter and exhaust/muffler to a better one.

I always wanted to make this car faster been longing for years already since i started driving
