Yesterdays weigh in showed I have put on every one of the 5 pounds I lost last week. What a waste of time. My own fault, I didn’t make much of an effort & on the days I did, I thought I knew what I was doing.

Just back from slumming club & have lost 5lbs. That makes up for the gain last week. Did the measurements thing today & have lost 1 inch from my bust. Well done to all & keep at it.
Have put on this week :-( I knew I had, it’s that time of the month & my right ankle was so swollen. Funny how it’s only my right ankle? Felt quite miserable about it but I still weigh less than when I started so it’s not all bad. Hope everyone had a better week than me.
Went ‘slumming’ tonight & was told I’ve lost 6.5lbs! I have no idea how but whatever it was, I hope I can do it again. It certainly makes up for the 2lbs on last week. Started a yoga class today & also went to the gym. One of my other 43 things is to go to the gym 5 times a week. I hope everyone else is doing good.
Thanks for the invite to join this group. I have struggled with weight for more years than I care to remember. Joined Slimming World a few weeks ago & lost 7lbs then I missed 2 weeks & put on 2lbs. Weigh in night tomorrow & at the moment I’m not feeling too optimistic. Need to get my act together!
