When I was stationed at Randolph AFB in San Antonio there was a train track in front of the gate to the base. On those hot summer days when I had to work Entry Controller in that 100 degree plus weather, wearing my ballistic vest, sucking up car exhaust I would see that train roll by and wish that I could just jump on it and let it take me to where ever it was going.

Its one of those things I’m going to do one day.
