Yea, dental hygiene is crucial I think now. I just can’t imagine not brushing my teeth, it can affect you a lot.
Sometimes I still let it slide for 3 days in a row, but I feel dirty even if I took a good shower, because I still feel the dirt on my teeth even if my body is clean.
But I think this month I just decided to apply all the self-discipline to finish this goal, and hopefully I’ll be able to cross it off by the end of October.
As basic as this is, I seem to never do it for more than 4 days in a row. I somehow ALWAYS manage to forget a day or two..I know that must sound bad but it’s just the way it happens. Oral hygiene IS very important though, so I will definitely make myself get in the habit of doing it.
Right now my method will be to do it before I actually get too tired to, because then I convince myself to do it after I take a “five-minute” nap…Hope this works.
