Polyphasic sleep - dymaxion schedule 1 year ago

I did uberman (20 minutes sleep every 4 hours) for around 3 and a half months in 2006. I am currently (april 2007) transitioning to the dymaxion schedule (30 minute sleep every 6 hours).
