So I’m doing really well at taking the multivitamins and wearing my contacts.
But no dice on most of the other things – I think I’m actally dinking less water which is probably not good. I’m going to work on wearing the earrings next week. Maybe working on 1 a week is the way to go. We’ll see.
DAILY
Brush teeth (2X)
Take multivitamins
Drink only water
Use lotion after every shower
Shave
Exercise at least 30 mins
BEFORE LEAVING THE HOUSE
Curl lashes
Wear mascara
Wear lip balm
Wear contacts
Wear earrings and necklace
WEEKLY
Use a facial scrub or microdermabrasion kit
Trim brows
Epilate legs
LONG-TERM
Grow out my nails

I didn’t succeed at doing anything daily, but I did put in some effort. I’msure this will take a while.

Take multivitamins- I got some Flintstones!! (2 days so far)
Drink only water
Use lotion after every shower
Shave
Exercise at least 30 mins
BEFORE LEAVING THE HOUSE
Curl lashes
Wear mascara
Wear lip balm
Wear contacts- I really need those daily disposables (3 days so far)
Wear earrings and necklace (stopped after 2 days -lame)
WEEKLY
Use a facial scrub or microdermabrasion kit
Trim brows – finally done (after too many months)
Epilate legs
LONG-TERM
Grow out my nails

OK, so i decided to document what I’d like to do, update every day re: if it was done, and when I can keep up with my list for at least a month, I’ll call this done!!
