I have PCOS (a syndrome that makes it difficult for a woman to conceive) and in order to have a baby, I must lose weight. So, ive started drinking a lot of water, and eating more fruit. I mean, I already ate really healthy, but now im eating almost entirely fruits, veggies, dal and other beans and nuts, and whole grains. Also drinking lots of water.
