read a book a month

In June, I read Scoop by Evelyn Waugh
In July, I just finished White Teeth by Zadie Smith

So not all the books I read were actually a book per month—over the summer, I read all the Harry Potter’s in 2 weeks, and probably a book every two weeks before and after this…and during the spring, my books were mostly for class, even though they were books

I really want to redefine this goal to require at least book a month, which I am reading for pleasure, not required by classes.

I read The Jane Austen Book Club in December, and now I’m reading Sense and Sensibility before I return to Boston. I plan on tackling Eat, Pray, Love once I’m home—-since I apparently can’t escape reading it, haha
