Getting there … I’ve found this new technique: If I defiantly want to be up say by 9am, then I set the alarm for 7:30. Then, I have around 1 hour and 30 minutes to continuously hit the snooze button and go back to sleep. By the time that alarm goes off again around 9, then I don’t feel that sleepy, able to open my eyes and get out of the bed! Not bad for start. What I have to focus on now is to reduce this time …
