I find 10 minutes each day for this. I guard it zealously from interruption. Turn the phone off. Find a quiet place (which sometimes ends up being in the car on the driveway after getting home). And I just focus on my breathing until my mind clears. I imagine a ball of healing and rejuvenating light flowing through me. As it touches parts of my body, I feel my muscles relaxing. Before I know it, the 10 minutes is over. I feel awesome. Rested. Refreshed. Like a mini spa. Give it a try. Let me know how it works for you.
