I do yoga every day

and I think that counts as meditation. I am going to mark this goal as completed.



This is not really happening

I do yoga every day so I’m not sure if that counts as meditation.



This

is proving to be challenging.

I guess I could do it every time I wake up, or right before I go to sleep. Maybe before I go to sleep. I want to set up a better “before sleep” routine, I could add 5 min meditation to it.



Vipassana

I’m thinking about going to a meditation center that offers free meditation on Wed nights, it’s an introductory place. However, I knew a guy who had a lot of issues and he went there so I don’t really want to see him again, and if he is the type of person that goes there it might not be the best place after all… But I do want to meditate more, and it might be helpful to have assistance.

Well I just googled a different place, land of medicine buddha, and they offer an introduction to meditation also, on Wednesday nights. I really like that center, it’s in the redwoods. And it’s from 5:30 to 6:30 so I could potentially still make it to my salsa class at 7. Hmm… mediation and then salsa, interesting.

It doesn’t say anything about a cost, perhaps it is by donation. I might try this. Wednesday at 5:30.



I downloaded some tapes

by this amazing guy, Emmett Miller, and I’ve been listening to them and meditating, and it is really awesome.
