Floatworks

I’ve got vouchers now to go to floatworks in London 3 times. So I’m going to arrange my first appointment soon and go down to London for the day and meet a friend and see a few places and do this floating thing.

Should be fun and relaxing.



Work stress

They say the biggest hurdle is admitting you have a problem. Well, today I bit the bullet and spoke to my team leader about it and she was very supportive.

I’m trying to be proactive in dealing with this now as I read in the top 10 hints somewhere that “Taking Control” was important. So I’m trying to take control of my recovery as much as possible. But also recognise #10 “Learn to accept things I cannot change”.
