I had to change this goal. I now want to find an exercise routine I can stick to. So three montsh seems like a good amount of time and once a week doesn’t seem daunting. I’ll re-evaluate at the end of January.
I had to change this goal. I now want to find an exercise routine I can stick to. So three montsh seems like a good amount of time and once a week doesn’t seem daunting. I’ll re-evaluate at the end of January.
I have lost 15 pounds so far, but being sick the last three weeks has really thrown me off the exercise wheel.

I graduated from school, took several trips and before I knew it, I was in September. Now I’m re-dedicating myself to this goal which has three parts.
1. Exercise at least three times a week.
2. Keep track of calories and stay around 1600 a day.
3. Log into traineo.com every day and report my progress as a way of keeping myself motivated.
So far, I’ve lost 2 pounds toward my goal. Thirty-eight to go!
Things went well for most of April, but totally dissolved in May. Finishing up grad school and taking two trips as well as being sick a few times just totally derailed me. I’ll be starting over again in June.
I succesfully did the for the whole month in February and March…Now it’s on to April!
My goal is, of course, to do this as a habit—not just a year. But I thought it would give me something to strive for if I set the date at a year. I joined a gym on Feb 16 and so far have exercised at least 3X a week. Most weeks I’ve done 5X a week.
