But then I stopped doing pilates. I discovered that I needed to start over, so I’m back to the beginner level. I’m just going to try and enjoy the process and not worry about how much time I’ve lost and how much longer before I get to where I want to be.

I am currently on the Beginner stage and want to one day be able to get to level 5.
I currently do Pilates twice a week, but I’m going to try and bump that up to three times a week.
