I got lazy, so I’m starting over.

today i went to the zoo.
and the entire walk is about five miles one way,
and we walked to the end and back being that there wasn’t a tram to take us back to the beginning. .
ten mile walk at the zoo,
thirty five crunches,
three pull ups,
forty alternating crunches,
fifteen push-ups,
twenty-five leg lift,
twenty squats.
i think keeping a diary of the things i do is a great way to stay focused.
today i did twenty crunches,
thirty of the alternating crunches,
five pull ups,
three and a half miles on the stationary bike,
twenty sideways leg lift things,
and ten push ups.

i just got done,
six miles on the stationary bike,
twenty sit ups,
five pull ups,
twenty little crunchy things,
five push ups,
and i’m about to go for a walk to the grocery store!
woot.
i’m going to try to increase all those numbers by at least two a day!
i plan on cleaning the bedroom, washing the dishes, and then breaking out the stationary bike for some anime!
i have until about five so if i go to bed now, i should wake up around….. nine or so.. ish.
