stop biting my nails

i’ve chipped a lot of the paint off of my nails.
but i noticed that all day, i haven’t bit them once.

maybe keeping them looking decent is the key.
i should look into getting them done.

i painted them dark.

so now i know that every time bite my nails, the paint is going to chip off and stick on my teeth and look absolutely disgusting.

i just hope i can remember that i did that before i chow down on them!
