write a play

The opportunity to develope and perform the material was probably the most stressful, emotional and the most joyous times in my career.
It was an up hill battle the whole way to opening night. I have lost friends over this project, mainly because of the lack of support and negitivity towards my effort; also, partially my reclusive nature during the creative process. I was very depressed over these things and that changed the direction of the piece all together. But hearing and seeing all the people in the audience begin to stand at the end of the finale was the most rewarding moments of my theatrical life.

I am currently writting a one act musical for my department’s theatre festival. It has become highly anticipated and I feel great about it.

A few months ago my friend Kensington and I started working on a two person musical that is aimed to be a spoof off of The Last 5 Years. Unlike the original Jason Robert Brown piece for which there is only one character that is negitive towards the other…the spoof which is untitled at this point have two characters that are both equally wacky and flawed.

Two songs have been written…the rest will come when the time is free.
