draw more

whoa. It’s been a LONG time since I did one of these.
It’s friday today – so I think I should try to knock one out today for “Polar” and then when the new one is announced tomorrow, do it tomorrow.

Let’s get back on that drawing wagon!!

Not my most abstract or insightful Illustration Friday… this weeks was “communication”.
I’m starting to think they’re all getting a bit same-same… :/

Illustration Friday this week is “gravity”.
My favourite bit about this one is the two little white drop falling from his/her cheek. :’(

Illustration Friday last week was “crash”.
I missed the deadline and only drew this this morning, but hey, I’m gonna do this latest one today too so that will catch me up.

..and I swear in photoshop that light green wasn’t so… gross.

Illustration Friday this week is “sprout”.
And Jack, as in… beanstalk.

A lot tidier than my previous ventures… I like it. -although I think the colours aren’t unlike those of a realestate… :/

Illustration Friday this week was “red”.
Lady Grey is fixing herself a nice cup of Lady Grey (my fave tea) and trying very hard to ignore the summer heat outside.
This sums up most days for me lately.

This week’s Illo Friday is 80’s.
Mine’s a little removed this time round… but this little lady died when she was 79 – so now that she’s in her eighties…

Because ‘draw more’ is wonderfully ambiguous, I’m going to start small.
I’m going to start following Illustration Friday.
At least then I’ll be drawing something random at least once a week.
