Nothing. I’ve been out almost every night this week. I could have tried to make time for exercise during the morning but to be honest I’m too tired and would rather use any spare time for sleeping. Other people are good at getting a semblance of balance in these matters but I’ve never mastered moderation. Hopefully things will be back to my version of normal soon.
