Light hearted, clever and hilarious. I so often get hung up on reading “good literature” and I forget that some of the most funny stories are the pop fiction ones.

Endless Night - Agatha Christie 2 years ago

Oh I do like a jolly good Agatha Christie! If it wasn’t for Agatha Christie I would never have known that cyanide smelt like bitter almonds. I remember seeing the movie of Endless Night when I was young and for some reason it came back to me. So I found the book and read it. And it was rubbish. Not as good as Murder on the Orient Express or Death on the Nile.

This book was written entirely in emails. It was light and fluffy but I couldn’t put it down and it only took me 1 1/2 days to read. I’m enjoying reading stories again.
