I took a semester of yoga my senior year of high school. By the end of it, I felt so strong even though I hadn’t lost any weight. I miss the endurance and mental will power I had attained during the class. Without a teacher pushing me beyond what i thought were my limits, I’m not sure how well yoga is going to work at getting me lean and mean, but it definitely won’t hurt to add this into my regular workout routine.

Also, I’m hoping this and maybe some Pilates will help tame my monstrous thighs (thanks, running).

My goal will be at least once a week. I did it last night, so that’s a good note to start on.
