My diet is ok but I keep stuffing it up by eating too much, and too much of the wrong foods. I diet and then I put the weight back on.
However, I need and want to lose weight and am enlisting specialist help.
I have negotiated a shared cooking roster with my flatmate
I will continue horse riding and also take up a dance class. If possible I would like to start a martial arts class – but it depends on work commitments
