I just joined a b-ball team at my school. i have seen fast and incredable results.! My stomach is like super flat! any way we do soooo much running so that builds up my leg muscles and our coach brought in a 35 pound weight so that helped me get stronger, leaner and taller. i am almost 6 inches taller!!!! by the way, did i mention that i went from 95 pounds to 80!!!!!

I want a flat stomach soooooooo bad. right now i only weigh about 95 but i look like i weigh about 115!!!!
I heard that Pilates and crunchies work so i will do ya know about 40 to 50 crunchies a day. I am very athletic so this could be easy.
