It’s slowly happening! I’ve seen some improvement in my arms. Also, I got 2 new training partners which really helps to get my backside into that gym!
Well, I’ve lost most of the fat I was carrying around; now it’s time to get into putting on a bit of muscle. It’s the next logical step, I don’t want to wait until I’m reed-thin. Muscle training burns more fat anyway.
