I had 2 days off as I was not feeling well physically…back to it today. I am noticing such a difference already, and I have been doing this properly for less than a week. My belly is a lot tighter and I’ve lost weight – not necessarily from around my middle (and I should point out that I go to the gym and do cardio, too, so I doubt it’s the crunches that have made me lose weight, but it helps.)
Did my workout this morning. I’m actually looking forward to my workout this lunchtime! You get addicted!

I did my 150 last night, so that was the first day where I did 500!
This morning I was due to do 200 – I pushed it and actually did 211. So that was something to be pleased about.
I can already feel my gut tightening up from all these, and I’ve only been doing it properly for a few days. This has made me a very happy camper, since I loathe having a fat gut.

I’ve been doing this seriously these last few days, and today I’m up to 350. It doesn’t seem to hurt too much (mind you, lunchtime’s workout was quite hard). If I do 150 before bed, that’s the first day I’ve done 500 of the blighters! Mustn’t forget!

Time to bring my ab exerciser in from the shed, where it’s been sulking since Lee moved in for a few weeks. She’s been gone ages, but the bloody thing is still out there. I’m going out to get it now!

I used to have the beginnings of a four-pack. Now I have an unsightly bulge where it used to be.
OK, it sounds like I’m obsessed with being fat. Well, I am. I hate it. My jeans are getting too tight and I can feel the roll of gut when I’m sitting down in the evening. It’s gotta go!
