My dental hygiene has always been shoddy. As a kid, I was able to get away with brushing my teeth when I felt like it, which was not often.
So this goal is going on my list of betterment:
1. Brush my teeth twice a day
2. Work out for one hour every day, no excuse.
3. Cut red meat completely out of my diet.
Goal number 1 seems the easiest, so hopefully it’ll be an easy routine to get back into. I need some cheers!
