I have been using the Triumph brush for about a month now. It is wonderful. I would recommend getting one. I found mine on e-bay much cheaper than the stores. (Otherwise how could you justify that much money?)
I am sure when I go back to the dentist it will have made a difference.

I usually wait until a month or so before I see the dentist to get back into flossing my teeth. I find it embarrasing (so I try to use that to motivate myself) to have gums that bleed when the hygentist cleans my teeth.
I find my trouble is mainly flossing consistently. Taking care of my teeth tends to be the last thing I do at night and so that usually happens when I am very tired and then prone to skip it.
Perhaps that is the way out of this, finding a way to do it much earlier!
I just purchased an Oral-B Triumph power toothbrush on e-bay. That will make it easier too. I had a much cheaper one before and that made brushing much easier.
