I create websites for living so I have “completed” this goal many times before. But I am signing up again since I want to convert my existing business website www.polinet.com.au and want to use 43things as an additional motivator as I am again (surpirse, surprise!) procrastinating with it.
I have completed a number of steps already:
1. Set up new site and install template
2. Export portfolio data from old site to import into new site
3. Hire a data wiz to do the conversion of old to new
Today I am going to break the rest of the project into manageable tasks and add them all with due dates to my task list. Right now I just have “convert site to wordpress” which is looming way too heavy and unmovable on top of my task list and did nothing my make me procrastinate. Divide and conquer! And the task for today is to divide it up.
