Learn to decipher flirts

I wish I understood what guys think- like the ones who do all that wolf whistling and stuff, what’s that about? But learning to understand what they think may be an impossible task, but I’m sure there has to be some correlation between body language and tone of voice. Just gotta figure it out and not get all caught up in the moment.
