smile more

possibly the hardest thing to do on my list, even harder than being in two places at once. i have the kind of face that requires a smile otherwise people say witty things to me like Who died? Cheer up it might never happen etc.
i can smile inside without it ever reaching my face but like the freak i am, keep practising a ‘natural’ smile in the bathroom mirror but whenever i try and do it for real, it becomes a tight little half smile which looks like it pains me.
sigh. will keep on trying.
