I mean, from going on LONG walks all the time for fun and cycling all the time, I’m pretty solid and firm, but I wanna keep that up when winter comes along (which is when I tend to get flabby again), so I purchased a set of five pound weights (since I’m a woman). I’m VERY strong now for a woman.
