First time in a long time I’ve done that.
& I usually only do it when its late and I haven’t drank enough water that day, but it’s not even 11.00am atm!
I always feel so clean after I’ve drank water.
Water is pretty much the only thing I drink these days, I used to only drink squash. Which was ruining my teeth completely :/
But I still go a long time without anything to drink which isn’t great.
I guess if I just work on that I’ll have completed this goal pretty much!

I was finding it real hard to keep to drinking more water in the office coz I don’t like using the toilet all the time.
They’re really nice toilets its just that I find it really embarassing getting up and going to the toilet every 5 minutes, when Im sposed to be working.
But I learned to just suck it up I mean Its just a temp job until I go back to study so what do I care if they think I have some kind of bladder problem.
So anyway, I’ve managed to do a litre a day on working days. Half of what I was doing before but still pretty good compared to ‘the old days’ XD
I’ll try to kick it up a notch.

This goal has been dead easy whilst I’ve been on my break, but Im starting to think in my everyday life I wont be able to keep it up so easy.
I just hate the thought of needing to wee all the time :/
So I put of drinking that glass of water ‘just another hour’ and then forget all about it!
This is going to require some new organisation.

Yesterday I think my body was actually craving water.
Usually I just drink it because I want to get through the huge bottle that I set myself as a target each day.
But yesterday, I didn’t drink hardly any, so by the end of the day I had pretty much given up.
But I kept drinking the water any way cause I felt like I needed it.
Anyway. Im starting again today. I still haven’t managed to keep this goal consistent at all!

Like really pants.
I didn’t even use the bottle to measure how much I had, so I can’t even tell how pants I did.
Its all very upsetting.
Oh well. Less trips to the bathroom today!

Did my 2 litres. Im not sure whether its the water, or other factors. But today I feel really good inside, like physically I mean.
I don’t feel all groggy or bloaty or anything.

I’ve decided I really prefer drinking water through a straw.
Coz it was mostly the taste or tastelessness of the water that I didn’t really like, but just put up with anyway. But drinking it through a straw seems to make that a lot less noticable.
But overall Im doing pretty well on this goal!
