I can’t wait to get rid of this fat and have a nice smooth stomach!
I’m going to work so hard on this goal next week. Week one, lose some of the fat. Week two. Start toning!

I had an almost flat stomach this morning when I first woke up. Then is disappeared after I drank water…
Helped my to notice the large amount of fat on my legs though. Which sucks.
Still. It shows Im doing something right!

I’ve been doing a lot of stomach excercises before school, So far I haven’t seen any partciular improvement.
I just ache more :/

Have done zero abs work since I started this goal. But TODAY FOR SURE!
Im getting my ab trimmer out of the back room, and laying out my yoga mat, I will have a flat stomach!
No pain, no gain, right?
