Treadmill vs Cross Trainer... 3 years ago

Which one is the best??

I love the Cross Trainer and have heard it’s better for you than the Treadmill due to lower impact on your joints…

But is it just as effective?

Anybody have the answer?!

Who wants to join in the challenge??!

In a week at the gym can you…

Use the Cross Trainer for 250 Mins?

AND/OR…

Use the Rowing Machine for 100 Mins?

I’m gonna try and do it.
Does anybody do it already?
Anybody wanna try?

Stairmaster.... 3 years ago

Some confusion over this as some people think I’m talking about 2 pedals which you move with your feet, I have one at home and I think they’re called a stepper??

But anyway…The one I’m talking about is the big high thing at the gym with the 3/4 rotating steps – Just like a mini escilator.

Does anybody use these? If so how long for? There was a guy at my gym that must have been on it for at least 45 mins! I thought that’s impossible – Just wanna know if it’s just me?

I use it for 10-15 mins, on a fat burning program which really changes the speed every few seconds.

Can anybody help?? x

Glute machine.

When I use it I can only really feel the effect in the back of my leg, not really my bum.

Do you have to feel your muscle has been worked to know it’s actually toned that part of you?

Why doesn’t anybody reply to comments?! :(

Thinking of buying some dumbbells for a home workouts. Is 1.5kg heavy enough for dumbbells?
