Bike (Resistance) = 73.26 and 465 Calories
Stairmaster = 27.27 and 414 Calories

Glute machine.
When I use it I can only really feel the effect in the back of my leg, not really my bum.
Do you have to feel your muscle has been worked to know it’s actually toned that part of you?
Thinking of buying some dumbbells for a home workouts. Is 1.5kg heavy enough for dumbbells?
Just worked out really hard on the ‘Inner and Outer Thigh’ machine then went to the doctors and had my Depo Jab!!
My leg hurts like hell – When the needle was in my leg I really felt my muscle tense!
Makes me sick!!

Are there certain machines that give you the effect you want quicker?
Did you know that exercising releases feel good endorphins?
As does sex and chocolate (Although, chocolate doesn’t work with me – I’m more upset after!)

1) Cross Trainer – 200 mins
2) Rowing Machine – 90 mins
I’ve actually managed to do…
1) Cross Trainer – 234.19 mins
2) Rowing Machine – 63.09 mins
So missed the Rowing Machine challenge by about 30 mins :(
Managed the Cross trainer one though! :D
My total work out this week has been….
Cross trainer – 234.19 mins – 2114.4 calories
Bike – 95.06 mins – 1021.6 calories
Rowing Machine – 63.09 mins – 712 calories
Steps – 38.16 mins – 539.9 calories
Treadmill – 33.29 mins – 170.2 calories (used as cooldown)
So all together 494.25 mins (about 8 hours) 4562.7 calories
