give away all the clothes I never wear

Well giving away that bigger sized winter coat was a bit of a mixed blessing.

I am wearing the winter coat that I kept, but it is a tad—ok, very—tight. BUT, that is helping to keep me motivated with eating right.

Still unable to part with everything that I don’t wear. Some of the thing I really like but they just don’t fit yet. As soon as something is too big for me I give it away, right away.

I have been working on this for a while. Can’t seem to get rid of the smaller sizes (I’ll need those one of these days!)

Today, I gave away my winter coat. I have another one, actually two, in the closet that will either fit me or be too big by the time winter rolls around…
