Fre., Sept. 2: 25” on recumbent bicycle; circuit; 20 minutes swimming.
Fri., Sept. 9: I went to the gym tonight; did 30 minutes on the recumbent bicycle and then the circuit. I then changed into my swimsuit and showered so as to go swimming, only to discover that the pool had already closed. It closes a half-hour earlier than I had thought.

Here’s what I’d like to try—be at the gym on Mondays and on Fridays by about 6:45 p.m., so that I can watch Jeopardy while using the recumbent bicycle. Then on to circuit. Then off to swimming. 30 + 45 + 30 = about 2 hours, assuming a brief break in between activities.
So, if I am there by 6:45, start at 7:00, I will be out by 9:00 p.m. or maybe a little after. (Especially if I do the whirlpool too.) Not bad.
It will take me, let’s say, 5 mins. to get ready, and 20 mins. to drive there. So, let’s say 30 mins. Then 2 hrs. or more.

Week 2: (1st day) (2nd day)
Week 3: (1st day) (2nd day)
Week 4: (1st day) (2nd day)
I am hoping to go on Mondays and Fridays, with maybe a brief stop-over on Wednesdays to see Josh. We’ll see how it goes.

I won’t be doing this just yet, it seems. I go to the gym on Wednesday nights. If I’m to go twice in one week, I need to go on either Saturday or Sunday. (And I didn’t.)

I told trainer Josh tonight that I want a “guarantee” of some kind. As in, “If I do X and Y, I am guaranteed to get Z.” Where Z is probably a weight loss. After discussing this, we decided that a good route for me, because it is so time-limited, is to go to the gym (and do the circuit) twice a week for one month. Josh says he can’t tell me what will happen by the end of that time, but he promises me that “you will notice something happening.”
