We did another section of the trail we’ve been working on. I think after two or three more hikes, we will have completed the whole circuit. Here are a few photos posted as comments, and an image of how far we’ve walked so far. Today’s walk is highlighted in light blue/teal.
Short trail walk- very uneventful but pretty

This was my shortest hike along the trail that circles my town. I only did about a mile each way. See photo for the little bit in pink that I hiked. You can see that I’m almost done with the loop. Photos of hike follow as comments.
Camera, Waterbottle... Where's my Cellphone???

We continued our hike yesterday around the trail circuit that surrounds our little city. It was a beautiful day—muddy, but warm and clear. I brought along my zoom lens for my SLR digital camera and was all set to take some awesome photos. Somewhere along the trail, my cellphone fell out of my camera bag. The following comment posts will tell that story! (I seem to have a theme of cell phones on hikes here…) Anyway, this is my first photo on the hike of a lovely big tree at the trailhead.
