One year ago I was about the same weight I am now. Weight control is so frustrating when motivation to exercise and diet is lacking. I wish I had NO appetite. When we move, I want to find a house where I walk to work each day. And bring my lunch. And stay busy.

I’m getting off Amitriptyline which will help with weight gain.
I’m ending my teaching semester soon and will have more time for exercising.

Instead of losing 10 pounds from 143.5, I need to lose 15 pounds from 148. Crap. I feel so bad about myself. When I sit, my stomach folds over and it feels gross. My skirts and pants don’t fit like they should. Why oh why did I let myself stop running? I was doing so good until I got this job…
I don’t want to admit it, but it is. It will be hard to achieve, but possible.
I think I may need to work on this goal. I didn’t run at all, and ate a ton of macadamia nuts.
I’ve been running for over two months now, and the weight went down, then came back up to where it was when I started, but I feel better, I look better, my clothes fit better, and I beat my 20 year old daughter at arm wrestling! So, I’ll say it again. Weight doesn’t matter. I think I’m giving up on this because it’s a stupid goal for me. As long as I keep in good shape and feel great, what does it matter if I lose ten pounds? Anyway, I took some online BMI sort of test and it said I was too skinny for my age and height anyway. I don’t believe that, but I’m going to stop weighing myself and just keep on running. 2.75 miles today, and it felt GREAT!
I broke the 140 barrier. I’m 130something now. Secret goal, here I come. 4.5 down, 5.5 to go!
7 to go….. I was 140.5 on the scale this morning. Going to the gym this afternoon! Run run run…
