be free of facial pain

I noticed in the last few months that the pain isn’t as severe. I have cut back on my medication to .5 mg, the lowest dose I have been on since starting. my goal is to get off it by year 10. That would be SO wonderful!

So far it’s working!

Going to see an MD DO now for something else. I doubt it will work too.

and I’m cutting back on my meds to see if I can live without them. I hope this works.

and getting treatment to my C1 vertebra. Don’t know if it’s helping or if’s a bunch of hooey.
