Wow it’s a nice sunny Saturday! Been to the gym and hopefully going to settle down to some music this afternoon.

Done:
  • stretches
  • GYM – intervals + 1K swim, the usual
  • breakfast
Next:
  • put washing on
  • do MP
  • make pottering list for tomorrow
  • music – just play and experiment and see what happens. Have fun!
Then:
  • coffee, journal, translation (remember vocab sheets)
  • back home for a bit more music
  • shopping is coming 4-6 MUST BE HOME BY 4!
  • make healthy dinner

I’m 28-and-a-half today! I think that calls for some CAKE.

Pre-morning:

  • check sites
  • GYM – cardio intervals + 1K swim.
  • score free trainer session – hehe!
Work:
  • Try to remember there will be accounts to do next week and see if that thought motivates me to get some other latent stuff done. – not entirely appropriate but I did get a whole arseload of cleaning done around the office!
  • Really should do the minutes
  • STUDY (try to remember the exam is 2 weeks and a bit away!)
    • Start on Section D model answers
    • look through guide for more revision points

Had the kind of journey in that I should normally have but never do – 50 minutes gym to desk!

Pre-morning:

  • MP
  • look up map for B
  • GYM – couldn’t face the machines today so swam 2.5K instead – didn’t break any speed records but it’s the furthest I’ve ever swum, feeling pretty achy now!
Work: pleasantly surprising lack of urgent things!

Yay! Payday!

I know Breakfast Music is normally Leopard’s domain, but I just need to draw everyone’s attention to the tiny teeny boppy goodness that is Jordin Sparksget yer armour! Good for the gym at any rate!

B’s birthday today!! He seemed to really like his presents ;)

  • give B birthday presents and lots of cuddles!
  • GYM – pushed really hard on the intervals and then swam an equal PB 1K out of nowhere – quite knackered now and glad it’s a weights day tomorrow!
Work: oooh looks like it’s starting to calm down a bit

Another crazy journey in! Am moving my daily coffee-out to lunchtime, so I have somewhere to go and write and to save time in the mornings, which I anticipate will be less coordinated as a result, but it should work better overall!

  • GYM – really good intervals sesh + 1K swim, Stainless Steel Moose!
Work: No boss so no payments, am hoping for fewer things to be broken than last week but we sent out a load of software updates on Friday so I’ll probably spend most of the day typing in passwords for people grr. Did I mention that I hate this job?!

Had a massive sesh at the gym – intervals, weights, AND a 2K swim.

Feeling absolutely knackered now!

Need to wait for the shopping to come and put it away.

And then B and I have agreed a snuggly nap is in order!

So I’m not sure much else will get done today!

Only very slightly hungover after a rather wonderful night at Leopard’s! And I got home injury-free!

So far have done:
  • GYM – intervals + 1K swim, had to get out of an otherwise empty pool to go
  • Wedding dress shopping as part of bridesmaid duties – dress has been decided on and we had a good laugh so that was all worthwhile!
  • Shopping – moisturiser, bras, goggles, swimsuit (after trying 6 on in the shop which I think has to be a record!)
Need to do:
  • order shopping for tomorrow
  • update Progress Journal
  • laundry & sort gymkit
  • update/charge ipod
Would like to do:
  • sit and update 43T/journal for a while and watch the rain falling outside the window
  • start work on the song arrangement for T’s wedding

OMG I so totally did not make a list this morning!! That is completely representative of the type of day it has been (:SILLY).

Saw Pudsey at the station this morning. Wonder if he’s been hanging out with the Fat Controller? (I do hope not!)
