weather is nice now, excersise is not something that i now feel must be done but something i long for. i see no problem the next weeks, but then pollen might prove to be a showstopper for outside activities, should start eating antihistamin next week and hope for a few rainshowers.

Did run this morning before work. The bike is now fixed and ill take it for a spin later this week. Thinking of going swiming tomorrow. Well maybe not an iron man but a rolling stone.

Did run a couple of miles this weekend and took a walk one day.

The light is coming back, and the snow and ice is surrendering. Im having my MTB fixed up this week.

A friend states that he has started going to the gym 3 times a week, he has a gym at work and is allowed to train on work time I havent/cant. grr.

Did take an hour walk today, but i NEED to get some regularity now.

will this winter ever end. Did a short running pass yesterday in about minus 10 degrees celsius, felt horrific and i was out of breath almost in no time (think it might have to do with something else but cold but). The regularity is zero at present, failure is not an option on this one. I feel better when i get my heart pumping a few times a week i know it.

Just made one pass during the last week. More snow has fallen. Yet I forced myself to run tonight despite falling snow and darkness, so this week..



A state of being 3 years ago

I was quite good in getting regular exercise last year. Running and cycling. I felt that keeping an online training journal helped a lot (i use www.shapelink.com), wich gives me good confidence in that 43things might be an effective tool to achieve goals.

But darkness, snow and excuses has kept me out of track for 1,5 month now.

However a new month is beginning, the weather is milder now and most of the snow/ice is gone.

I would like to make 3-4 pass a week from now. Besides from running, mtb/road cycling i would like to add some swimming and long walks. It would also be fun to try out a spinning pass (and perhaps avoid the halt next year).
