Have been sleeping regular hours and not waking up every night. I think some exercise and sunligth would improve my wakeness in the non nocturnal hours. Might close this goal in another 2 weeks.

Limiting caffeine and tv-consumption have had impact. I tend to dream more. Ive been waking up once or twice around 4 and 5.30 for unknown reasons (alarm at 7), bad but it makes it easier to get an idea of what i dream off and the dreams are more creative since they doesnt just twist around the latest tv-show and more vivid. One exception the haunting images off the movie Titus put the nightmare on me (many years since that happened).
It seems to be a hard habit to get rid off, the mind slips to work minutes before sleep and often directly in the morning. I truly need to cut down on work time at and off work.
I will set aside a few minutes at the end of the workday or early in the evening to review the day and worry about tomorrows work. This will allow me to avoid doing the same routine at bedtime.
I will stop channel surfing lying in bed. it is probably not good input for genuine dreams. I will show myself the respect of not sleeping with the remote as bedside companion.
