Well, last February I reached a point were I felt I had to deal with my weight, and I did. I successfully lost 40 pounds (yay!) and kept it off :) BUT I still have 15-ish more to lose and it’s become so difficult to kept a steady exercise routine and healthy eating habits. In some way because I’ve learnt to accept/appreciate how I look on most days.
I’ve lost momentum.
