I’ve been weighing myself everyday, not obsessively, but more to see how things move around and when I can “officially” say I’m down some.
I’ve been inching down and been hovering around the number I put in my weightlog today, so I’m OK with saying that I’m officially down another 2.5. I want to be at “another 10 down” by the end of September, so 7.5 in the next 3 weeks—that’s 2/week. If I keep on getting some regular activity and make good food choices and do my 8 minutes a day (i.e. STAY DISCIPLINED!!!!) this should be an achievable goal (but still an achievement).

I swear… I wish I really knew whether it was me or the scale. Last night, I weighed myself and it showed me a loss of 4 lbs since Saturday (I know, that’s a lot), for a total of just under 15 since I got back from London 3 1/2 weeks ago.
Then this morning (I know, neurotic…) I weighed anywhere from -1 lb (from my 3 1/2 week-ago-weight) to -7 lbs. BOTH were significantly higher than my 11pm weight.
How is it possible for my weight to INCREASE during a time when nothing is entering or exiting my body?
I know that my scale is wonky, but I check all numbers by getting on and off a couple times in a row. Moving it around a little. Double-checking that my feet are not on a “light spot” or whatever.
My last-night number was very reliable. I got within 1 lb +/- about 4 or 5 times. This morning was really all over the place.
Outside of that all, I’ve been continuing to make decent food choices, get exercise, and have been good about doing my 8minutes each morning (at least thus far this week)

Ok. I’ve lost 10 lbs in the past 3 weeks by trying very hard to make better food choices and exercise more. This past week has been pretty bad with the exercising (but I will today and tomorrow) but not awful with the food.
Keeping a food/exercise log at fitday.com has helped a lot thus far.
I am going to try to keep it all up to lose another 10. Hopefully in 3-4 weeks.
